Morning ZEN MEDITATION 18.5.2011
Before going to work we need some tuning . . . ZEN meditation do not fail to move us in return to our inner center. A witness of this process, some minutes in the morning, before going to our working place, acting as a tutor, may help us to think not, and so, to remain calm, steady and clear enough, for all day long . . .
After work, the same process of returning makes us alert, moderately optimistic and content with a little what we have, as nobody who we are, and with something what we dearly do . . . This is called "to be a realized person".Anmeldungen: office(a)ensoacademy.com
